- My name is Josh Ganshorn. I have a small design and construction company based in Ventura, Ca., called Able + Baker Design. I like to build custom stuff, and can design and fabricate anything at our shop. I enjoy challenges, and I'm generally less-than-satisfied with the typical status quo construction that we're surrounded with. Eventually one of you will hire me to design and build your home. Then you'll see what it's really all about, and everyone that enters your home will ask the same question - "Why aren't more homes built like this?"
